For safety we only show the first two letters of the name on public job and journey listings. Full name and ID stay hidden until assign/match. After match, only both parties see each other clearly. Star ratings and verification stay visible.

When does ZogaGo reveal full identity?

Accepted Answer

After a job or journey is assigned/matched, both parties can see each other clearly in the app. If a dispute is valid, ZogaGo may provide necessary identity and evidence to the parties and to law authorities.
