Need my field visit report findings more clear

Description

I have six pages draft from a drinking water project visit, but observations and recommendations got mixed together. Can you arrange these under proper headings and make the English more clear without changing any figures? I will share a copy with names removed, and need the edited Word file by Sunday evening.
